Initiate Return Request

Contact our account management team with your order number and the specific quantities of multifamily or commercial units you wish to return.

Receive Authorization

Once approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide the designated warehouse shipping address for your bulk freight or parcel return.

Pack and Ship

Ensure all items are securely packed in original master cartons to prevent transit damage; please clearly mark the RMA number on the exterior of each pallet or box.

Inspection and Refund

After our warehouse team inspects the inventory for resale quality, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
